Why soo many issues with challenge play in madden games?

 Seems as though I cant challenge a play unless i am constantly pausing a game quickly after a play before the replay shows.  I feel that you should be allowed to see a quick replay and when you do get to challenge it should pop up as a list of what you want to challenge. Like the coaches throw thier red flag and say I want to challenge the spsot of the ball.  or  where the ball placement was.    I am asking this because the last game I played I had 2 times  wanted to challenge the spot of the ball but instead (which I would of won) but instead they put the challenge in as if I was asking if it was fumbled. Which both times I knew it was fumbled but the spot of the ball was waaaaaay off.    Maybe the new option will be good.
