Will I lose my Madden Ultimate Team?

If I Initialize Ps4(reinstall system software) will i lose my online data for my Madden Ultimate Team and my Hockey Ultimate Team?, or will i just have to login again and it will be there?

    So long as you use the same account after initialising and are not using an anonymous mobile account, your UT stuff will be fine and will be there when you log in again.
