Will madden 21 be available to EA Play basic members on the 28th?

After googling and searching many forums I am not able to figure out if basic membership will include madden 21 on the 28th. The site says a 10 hour trial is available, which I am not able to play because it freezes on startup, but says the game is available to pro membership 3 days early and the game will be available to pro membership. The site does not state directly that basic membership will have the game.
