Won’t let me on MUT

So I went to log on to play ultimate team to find I’ve been permanently banned from the auction house and trade block and my coins have been wiped. I’m just confused as to why in the email saying why I’m banned it says I was coin distributing which I have never done the players I buy I use. I pulled a golden ticket and sold it so I can use the upgrades everywhere on my team I’ve already opened a case nothing yet it won’t even let me on to play I’m furious because I pay for points almost every weekend to open ultimate legend packs I just want back on I did absolutely nothing wrong

    @EA_Barry I’m just confused as to why it won’t let me into ultimate team it said I was auction house banned not banned entirely. I log in and it says they can’t load my stuff

    @EA_Barry I try to load into madden and get he message that EA is “currently unable to process my content but will continue trying” it’s said this for 3 days it didn’t say I was suspended from playing

    I was just wondering, y’all sent me an email saying y’all had emailed me back about my cases and were checking in on it but I never got any type of response to my case or how to resolve my problem. I don’t understand why it won’t let me load it my MUT. IT SAYS IVE BEEN DENIED ACCESS.
