Won't let my created player play in games.

Community ManagerDid you create a player for a "Player" Franchise? If that's the case the computer will call the shots and if the coach decides the ball is going your way that is when you'll have a shot. If you're a rookie you won't have as many opportunities until you prove yourself.
If you want to create a player and have them on your roster full time when you play all sides of the ball, you'll want to start a Coach or Owner franchise and make sure you upload the custom roster with the created player on it when the Franchise is asking you to use a custom or NFL roster.

I've got a video of exactly what is going on but it's too big to send to them. I compressed it down but the quality is not very good. I can't find an email address anywhere to send it to them nor would I know who to send it too. I've pretty much waved the white flag and figure it's probably not ever going to be resolved. Thanks for you help anyway.
- @artdog71 If you want to provide a recording/video, you could also upload it somewhere else (e.g. on youtube) and provide the link here. I'm using youtube but change the settings to "not listed" to avoid that my videos can be found via searches (e.g. google, etc.) if I want to report a bug, for instance.

that I upload the videos as "not listed", I have then decided because I do not want to unintentionally promote bug exploits (if that would be possible) if the videos showing bugs could be easily found.

Are you playing a Player, Coach, or Owner Franchise though? A Player Franchise vs. a Coach/Owner has a significant difference on the way you play that mode.

Okay this makes sense. The amount of game time you're able to play is determined by the team's needs and where you are on the depth chart. It's possible as a DE you'll get to play more game time on a different team compared to another. If you're trying to work your way into the starting lineup when the team has some veterans/superstars, you won't likely get much time unless you get a sack on the limited opportunities you have.
If you want to play every down, play Coach or Owner Franchise and upload your created player to a roster in which you'll use for that Franchise. This is not a bug.
