wont show stats on leaderboard for ultimate team?

im not exactly sure what to do, it wont show my stats. theres just dashes after my name when i go to the leaderboard, its been like this now for a couple of days. I called EA, they told me to wait ti...

Yeah I've contacted them and they said that a specialist would email me with answers, then they just closed my case? Honestly, I think they just don't know what it is, and they are brushing people off... It's really stupid. It's wierd too, because I have a Xbox one and ps4, both have no record on the MUT leaderboard..
