Would like to change my email on account

I would like to change the email I have for my account but I cannot as i no longer have access to my old email and it wants to send verifications to that email before I can change it, is there anyone who could change my email for me or provide a way for me to change it. I mainly want to change it just in case I'm locked out of my account and then cannot get back in because i cant access this old email. thank you.

    If you no longer have access to the email address currently registered to the EA account associated with your Gamertag/PSN ID, please submit an account recovery forum at our Help site and an EA Advisor will contact you shortly with more details on how to update the email on your account.

    Hi, @EA_Blueberry EA Blueberry,

    This is exactly the situation that I'm in. I submitted an account recovery with all my evidence that this is my account. I got a case number which was hopeful but in less than 24 hrs it's come back saying resolved even though nothing has been resolved.

    I really need this resolved as I am going to be spending a lot of money and hours using expansion packs as I am designing lots and Sims's daily for other sims to download. It would be devastating to me if I for some reason can't log in and then the verification would be sent to my permanently deleted email and not the email I need to update.

    I have played The Sims since the very first Sims 1 pack and don't want to have to give up now.

    Please help me change my email address please help
