Any update on your case? Mine is past the 72 hour window...

When I look at “My cases” it says “in progress.” The last update was 12/6 @ about 4:30 am.
This “ban ‘em all & let TOS sort ‘em out” is really absurd. From what I’ve gathered between here, MUTHead, Reddit, Twitch, Twitter & YouTube, this ban has hits hundreds if not 1000s of people. Doesn’t seem fair to put that type of burden on the TOS team at the busiest time of year.And FWIW, this ban is so disproportionate to the situation & there are so many things wrong here. It’s clearly not being universally enforced. The fact that so many first time offenders are caught up in this shows how little attention is being paid. There are definitely some bad apples out there but I’m going to assume that most of the people affected weren’t doing anything malicious or grossly negligent. I will never understand why EA treats their community with such disdain.

@stalhill - did the issue fix itself or are you still locked out?
- 5 years ago@bradleon16 I’m not sure I can say whether it ‘fixed itself’ but about 2 week ago, I could access the AH again - on the companion app and in MUT.
I still actually get the splash screen when my game loads that I have been ‘permanently banned for Coin distribution’ and my case is still open.
Oh and I have had zero emails from EA advising of any ban or reversal of.
I’m also worried to see the implied risk of the ban transferring across for next gen upgrades. Like my case, is the ‘splash screen’ some part of the continuing glitch which would include me in such a drama in future?
Safe to say that EA are upsetting a lot of customers at the moment.

What exactly could be bad enough that EA has to dedicate resources to remove customers. They literally are targeting their customer base for playing their game or using the app. Insanity that any company of this kind would spend so much time defrauding paying customers rather than actually fixing glitches in the game or targeting actual abusers of in game glitches.

Here’s another question - if it’s only an Auction House / Trade Block ban, why can I only access offline Franchise? What about the rest of MUT or Connected Franchise, The Yard, Practice, Regs, Skills Trainer? I paid for a full game, where’s the rest of it?

Hopefully we can somehow get Kraelo's attention. It worked last time when there was ban wave .

I’m on day 6 of my ban this is the first time in 6yrs I’ve ever experienced this I’m ultimately distraught my PS5 hasn’t turned on since idk what to do I’ve put multiple tickets in and no response they told me 2 days ago my ban would be uplifted and nothing has happened I’d really like to play MUT considering it’s Christmas I’ve never cheated or bought coins so idk EA please help
