Yeah I understand the problems with going that route. That's why I'm asking @EA_Blueberry what my options are if a new account is also banned and my investments into madden points on that account are gone.
I'm guessing the answer is I'm S.O.L. again, but I'd like to have it all in writing so I can at least show paypal and amex that I tried.
It's impossible for me to understand why the account was banned, I can only guess we bought or sold cards and were tagged as 'farming'. I don't think my 8 year old is running an underground Madden coin selling operation on our account. If he is, then by all means please let me know. Let's teach that little Bernie Madoff a lesson together.
I started playing Monster Hunter World when it came out a while back I just picked up Monster Hunter Iceborne this is a very well made game no glitches (Unlike Anthem and other EA titles). The best part is Capcom treats it’s community with dignity and respect. I have already forgotten about all of this. The grass is greener on this side. I play these games to have fun and be entertained this exchange with EA is enough for me to say I won’t be back ever. #FixMadden #BanMaddenOnYoutube

Chiming in to let everyone know i have not got anything back yet despite the status of my case showing a new time stamp of yesterday... was hoping my weekend off work id get in to rebuild my team.

Maybe when someone mentions that they've gotten unbanned I'll actually believe the TOS team is thoroughly looking these cases. You've got hundreds of people on this forum proving their innocence yet nobody has been unbanned.

I've reached out to xbox support regarding my situation and others on this forum. I've given up and if nothing can be done I asked them for a refund of all my points and the game. I suggest everyone try and do this to at least prove a point to EA that they can't treat their customers like this if they want to keep their money. Nothing has been done for 2 weeks so you shouldn't expect to be unbanned at all.

@ca961698ea68db914e8d8ede2b706a2b that is all anyone has gotten so far. i think it is just a preprogrammed thing to pretend they looked at it. these guys took off work already to enjoy the holidays.

!!!!!!!!!!! Hey EA, just a heads up. Time is ticking for a resolution. You’re telling us that none of us have been wrongfully banned? That you’re system is 100% right? When you post something on here that the blued berries doesn’t like or think is threatening legal action, your post gets removed. Seems like EA is all about trying to keep themselves clean while smearing us. All we want is what’s just, and this should be a high priority all hands on deck situation. Instead, everyone that we try to reach, has been zero help. You might want to make sure your higher ups are aware if not already. You don’t want to have them blindsided by this issue. It’s coming to a boiling point with a lot of people and these futile responses aren’t going to work much longer.

- 5 years ago@lowkeyhutt Right, I know 4 people personally and isn’t it weird they’re the only 4 people I know who play... and they’ve all been banned and upheld. One dude had literally just got the game, put a bunch of money into blitz and got his ban notification... hell of a welcome message.
