Sell, buy, trade or otherwise transfer or offer to transfer your EA Account, any personal access to EA Services, or any EA Content associated with your EA Account, including EA Virtual Currency and other Entitlements, either within an EA Service or on a third-party website, or in connection with any out-of-game transaction,

unless expressly authorized by EA.
- 5 years ago@BigJuego You are 100% correct but they’ve also come out on record saying they do not and will not give that authorization. It was a big thing last year. So while they do have the ability to do it I’m pretty sure that provision is to simply cover them when it comes to their giveaways since that falls under that scope as well
- 5 years ago@agm1989 How can EA deny that they do not sell coins when they allow these YouTubers to break their TOS everyday that they then turn around and ban the casual player for. How do these people on YouTube get to operate not get banned for doing so. The fact of the matter is EA is running these sites that are being promoted that is why TOS is not enforced in them.

Until I get a explanation for these attachments then I'm definitely convinced Ea T.O.S doesn't exist... can't be possible with this on there own Twitch Channel.. Live this morning

15 Million Coins and 70k in training points 🤣😂🤣 But I'm the Cheater .... explain this please do
- 5 years ago@BigJuego Oh I’m not saying they don’t, I’m simply framing the thought in a way that shows a direct link without saying “ I think”... when you make statements in that manner it takes subjectivity out of it. It’s OBJECTIVE at that point. Because now I can OBJECTIVELY say that if they allow Youtubers to promote an act they have in their ToS, then you now can in no way accurately know who is receiving these services via an authorized or unauthorized middle man/source. Your ToS engagement can no longer be enforced objectively and that’s when you run into legal quandaries. But hey, I’m no lawyer I just play one on TV lol
- 5 years ago@peeze31 Yo not to defend them or anything, but isn't he on his own channel? The screenshot you shared earlier showed he was on his own channel, but playing madden 21. Am I seeing that correctly?
The screenshots you’re saying you need information about don’t actually show anything. Simply having something doesn’t make it improperly obtained. You would need to take a picture of his channel, displaying the coin site and the promo code... then you can actually demand something. That guy spends thousands on packs, everything he has could be obtained the way he plays/spends/works the market. If you want EA to actually have to answer for something it has to be objective evidence, not “look how much this guy has”... and yes he does advertise for Rock Bottom Coins, he has a Promo code with his name and he runs the ads during twitch and YouTube. Focus on that
- 5 years ago
Also, he’s not a partner like someone like popular stranger (who does not have a coin sponsor)... you need to actually show meaningful, factual evidence. There’s a difference between his channels and an EA partner. Just because you type in Madden in twitch doesn’t mean he’s sponsored by them (he’s not)
- 5 years ago@Andy_light69 Yes Via Ea Madden Channel RECOMMENDED users list ... click on Madden 21 on Twitch and ar the Bottom Ea post who they RECOMMEND that you watch. I only know who these guys are because I watch Madden on twitch for card releases and these guys always pop up before or after Ea's stream .... and they Definitely promote selling coins ..... NOTHING against them at ALL .... I just want to be treated EQUALLY and I didn't even cheat ... but this is blatantly right in front of EA EVERYDAY
- 5 years ago@Andy_light69 Exactly. He’s not a sponsored player. He’s not partnered. Arguments can be made that competitors who play in sanctioned events don’t have to be partnered since at that point they’re being promoted by EA and being allowed into a tournament (this happened with savage like 3 years ago or so)... part of the problem with all of this is nobody is being objective. There’s a difference between a partner and just having a channel (yes ToS still should apply but they aren’t being promoted) and there’s a difference between having a ton of anything and correlating it to being because he’s sponsored by a coin company. There needs to be direction and objectivity
- 5 years agoSounds good but I watch this guy every week 🤣🤣🤣 but I will build a solid case for you if you would like ... your more than welcome to HELP as well ... I'm not attacking him or Scomo .... don't act like EA doesn't see this
- 5 years ago@peeze31 There is a EA partner named Chewbacca Lemma on YouTube he does live streams after good morning Madden on his channel he promotes sniping cards off the auction how to do it and also he promotes farm accounts look up his channel on YouTube. I came after him a while back and one day he just stopped making these YouTube videos what a sell out he wouldn’t stand up for the little guy when we needed him the most.
Yeah I'm making everyone look ignorant 🤣🤣🤣 .... ✌🏾 outta here and good luck to you guys on Ea's and the real Cheaters Sacks .... sitting here trying to justify that trash 🗑.... he's one of the REAL problems with this game

@EA_Sports Why is it EA blames all of us that are banned for the market being broken. We are blamed for violating the rules in the TOS. Our actions have damaged the in-game economy. How are we damaging the in-game economy when you all do giveaways dump trucks and produce broken packs and bundles in store that you all later have to issue make rights for. Yet you all really believe we are the reason for Madden 21’s already broken in-game economy. This game is broken the economy is broken your team of developers broke this game many other games. EA needs to take accountability for all of this, instead you all deflect and attack the community. So you expect us all to believe that the robot or program you all put in place to ban us and sanction our accounts (permanently) works perfectly fine,. and has no bugs or glitches. The fact is the program or robot you all put in the game to flag and ban accounts is completely broken like the rest of your games at EA. I can’t remember the last time Electronic Arts produced any good game. Like I said before this is only beginning to pick up speed and gain traction an avalanche is coming and you all will be looking for a job. @EA_Bluefairy.
