Wrongly banned

I had my account banner over thanksgiving, when I was away from my Xbox back home. Ive been waiting since then to hear from them. I’ve sent in two separate cases, and haven’t heard anything back. 

they accused me of “coin farming” when that’s impossible since I hadn’t played in two weeks and I had just started my mut  team. It just doesn’t make sense, this customer service sucks and reflects their effort in making this game, poor and lazy. 

I spent 60 bucks on a game that i got to play for about three weeks, and now have been banned since November, and have no access to the game besides offline franchise mode.

  • @GibbysGotit ☹️ it hurts me to read that. I've read a lot of reports by players being wrongly banned and got the impression that these wrongful bans could affect anyone.

    But I never broke the EA policies! I just turned the game on one day and they said I was banned! I love sports game but find it a waste to spend more money then the actual buying price of the game. All my teams have been NMS and I just work towards making good teams, never have I ever farmed coins or bought any from another site. So frustrating that I’ve waited three months, and they’ve not done anything to fix the issue

    @GibbysGotityes, I've read about similar cases too (i.e. players did not do anything wrong but got banned). that's why I got the impression that anybody could be affected by an unjustified ban. ☹️

    anyways, from my perspective it is not acceptable that players have to proof that they did not do anything wrong. if a player is cheating or does not comply with the rules, it should have to be EA that is under an obligation to provide evidence of wrongdoing. that would be my basic argument if I had to argue with EA in a situation like yours.

    is the information (i.e. the links in the mentioned post) on 'how to dispute...' and 'how to contact EA ...' not helpful?

    I would just like to see where my account was actually doing something wrong. Because I can guarantee that it isn’t true. 
    it’s pretty ridiculous that they completely lock your account and say they will be prompt about getting back to you, and THEN MAKE YOU WAIT 4 months. Pure insanity. 

    and thanks for your help,really!  but no it wasn’t, I’ve tried all those things already.

    @GibbysGotit Been here. I just got unbanned recently. Just wait and you might get unbanned. Took 46 days for me. No make rights of course. Imagine you prepaying for a year of cable and then them limiting you to just local channels for a month and a half with a vague explanation as to why, and then reversing that decision with no explanation. That is what EA is doing here. How they are getting away with it without some form of punishishment is beyond me. The only recourse you have is to not buy their product. Period.

    @GibbysGotit So sorry to hear you were banned. I hope they help you with your account.

    But have you tried creating a new Xbox and ea account? You may be able to start from scratch...good luck your with your case!!
