Summarize your bug None of the abilities work in MUT, reactivated all of them and even reset them individually on each player. In the lineup screen it shows that all of them are on the player and activated, still nothing. Same thing goes for Franchise and Face of the franchise. It’s been 3 days, couldn’t find anything online or on the EA FAQ.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play any mode within Madden 21
What happens when the bug occurs? Even when abilities/X Factors are activated, they do not show up or work in the actual gameplay.
What do you expect to see? To see abilities and X Factors work after I have purchased them with training and activated them on the lineup screen.

No visual or gameplay altering presence of both abilities or X Factors in all game modes. (MUT, Franchise, etc.)
Yeah I have the same exact issue, for almost a week now.
in my second Solo Battle game I played today, none of my abilities or x-factors were active. my opponent's didn't work either. it's getting worse and worse and worse... ☹️
EDIT: 3rd Solo Battle game in a row without any x-factors or abilities.
@SOMOGYIUR@satfreaktom264 after facing 3 Solo Battle games in a row (2 yesterday and 1 today) I tried to delete the Origin cache wondering whether the corrupted pre-game loading process was related to something saved in the cache. interestingly, in my 2nd Solo Battle game that I've played today (after deleting the cache folder) the abilities and x-factors seemed to work correctly.
maybe it is worth a try for you too?
to delete the cache, I followed the steps described here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/ (also available in German @satfreaktom264)

EDIT: I cleared the cache, restarted origin and my pc, and still nothing... ☹️
