Xbox 360 Console Banned

So I bought this game for the MUT feature as I am tired of MaddenMobile and 2 days later I end up consoled banned from EA online features within Madden NFL Football 15 as to why I have no idea. Was about 76 ovr nothing special so confused as to why I am banned. Emailed the disputes email (forgot the exact email) and they said they were not going to unban my console and basically steal my $60 and for the lack of intelligence used to simply unban my console and let me enjoy a game. EA in general always finds a way to screw it's customers and sadly I'm a victim now.

If the team who handle those account disputes did not overturn the ban then you can be fairly sure you were banned correctly.
