Xbox enforcement

Hi I have received a email that states about xbox enforcement... 

I was suspended for a day still not sure why.. 

The time has passed, suspension ended the 26th of December 2020. Now I'm not sure if it is a Xbox thing but I still can't use my mic or send messages. It is only when I play Battlefield 5

If anyone can help giving me any information please

    @MorasDMT To confirm you can't send a message over Xbox to a friend? Have you been able to speak to Microsoft support over your Xbox account?
