I am having the same issue and its not allowing me the option to live chat, a old email address from decades ago is on the ea account of course I don't know the password and its not allowing me to change the email address on Madden to play the online features
has anyone had a response to the wrong / old email being used/linked to the Madden 18??
I have a Ps4 and having the same issures
