Xbox is linked to an old EA account and I cannot change the password.

my xbox account is linked to an email that is no longer active and I do not know the password for this ea account and cannot change it since it the email is no longer active. I now have a new ea acco...

having same problem. account has an od email so I cant sign in to play online or anything

I have the same problem....I was finally able to talk with support by phone this morning, for an hr, but due to an interruption, I'm still waiting after trying on my own for 4 days.

    I can not even open a case with ea. Every time i select something i am having trouble with it brings me to select support option page with nothing to select. EA you are the worst when it comes to trying to contact you guys.
