That does not work either. It is December 2016 and this issue still has yet to be resolved. I have a Xbox live gold membership and I have the xbox settings configured for adult use. Also, I have tried different combinations of restarting the Xbox, signing out of xbox live, and ejecting the Madden disc. I even verified my EA account via email. What else can I try? I have a college degree from a school of engineering yet I can't figure this out. I don't think EA knows how to really solve this issue. That link is of a different context. What about your customers that want to play online? That post is from the perspective of a confused individual who didn't want to play online. Something really needs to be done about this. Such a shame.
