Do you have any other devices plugged into the PC or connected by bluetooth?
Just a Logitech Mouse (Unified).
I found out that the controller works fine, when adding Madden 21 to the Steam Library, enabling the xbox controller support in Steam and starting the game via Steam.
Starting plain results in a "oversensative" controller again.
Clearly the game lacks some controller/device support out of the box.
- EA_Blueberry@nuebelm When you're talking about not being able to switch to the Away team you're talking about Exhibition games right? Just checking to make sure it's not Franchise because you can't switch to teams that aren't human controlled.

But generally this affects all of the menues. Without starting via Steam, the selection jumps two to four items in one direction when slightly touching the stick.
It's kind of "hypersensative".
Haven't tested it in Franchise. I am a newbie and mainly playing in Exhibition and MUT.
No updates pending. Everything up to date.
