XBOX one madden 15 - Every time I play defense - defender runs away to end zone

I have XBOX one madden 15 - Every time I play defense - defender runs away to end zone

Any Safety Selected Will run away back to end zone - On one of my controller I have to keep changing the focus on the player in order to avoid it

Any suggestions to why this is happening - Please advice

I'm experiencing this same glitch. I called and the person who helped me said it was the first report of this glitch. Definitely a game breaker, so hopefully it gets patched asap
