xbox one madden 15 bundle. game is stuck at installing at 72%

is there a process i should try in resolving this.  Seems like quite a few other people have had this same issue but i havent seen a resolution.

is EA and and MS pointing fingers at each other on this or something?

Ive tried shutting th xbox off,  disconnecting the internet, signing out and back in.
