Xbox One Madden 16- Stuck on a black screen

The game has been working great until a couple days ago. Now when ever I try to start up the game it goes to a black screen then eventually it closes out of the game. I've tried a hard reset of my consol but that didn't work.

Mine is having this issue as well. Not sure if there is a work around other than uninstalling it yet. Can't find anything else about this issue.

I'm having the exact same issue. I've never had a problem before with this game, until yesterday night. I press the home key on my xbox one controller then select Madden 16, it starts to load then goes to a black screen then send me back to the home screen. How can I fix this!

And if Seattle looses today it's because I did not play and beat the Vikings, like I have done before ever game for the 5 years. #GOHAWKS # livinginseattle
