Xbox one .... madden 19 no game results only losses

For the past two/three weeks, Madden Ultimate Team 19 has not recorded a win when my opponent quits a H2H game. 

EA took a step further by not recording the stats for a few games I even completed all the way to the end of the whistle. 

I have made several attempts to get a hold of someone from EA to resolve the issue, but nothing has been done. I restarted my router, called my Internet provider (they confirmed it's probably a game issue) and then gave it a few days to work itself out. All my other games work just fine. But Madden has consistently failed to record over 12 games I've won so far. 

Feels like EA could care less about any issues not Madden 21 related. It's sad because this is probably one of my favourite MUT games. 

I've had the same record for about 3 weeks now. I can't attach a video showing the issue because anything over 2-3 minutes is too large of a file. After a game EA indicates wait 3 minutes for the stats to be processed. 3 min wait, but 1 min max file limit. 

EA is absolutely terrible. 

After all my complaints, EA just slamps resolved on my complaint & does absolutely nothing to fix the bug.

I just played a game a little while ago with the same issue. 

Tried playing GTA V to see if I would have any issues & tried call of duty, they both work fine & record my stats. 

EA please resolve this ASAP. 

I have sent several messages on this platform. Sent messages via Instagram & there has been no feedback nor has the issue been resolved. 

Madden 19 (MUT) does not record any wins. It does not record a win if my opponent quits or when I win a h2h game. However, if I quit or loose a game, it's recorded on my season. 

I reached out to my provider, restarted the console, restarted the router and done anything in my power to resolve this with no luck. 

All my complaints to EA, just indicate "resolved" But the issue still persists.  Gamer tag on Xbox is AmadeusXXXRage

This has been over my 10th attempt @ trying to get EA to resolve this. 

What's sad about this is, is that the issue just gets ignored no matter what avenue you try to report it. 

The reps just slap "resolved" on similar complaints and could care less since it's not Madden 21
