Summarize your bug I can't load my franchise nor can the other 31 members of my league. when you updated the system you broke my lg. The error says its a known issue and its been 5 days and I have no new information
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? try and load my lg. you broke it it. you know you broke it now fix it.
What happens when the bug occurs? an error message pops up and im sent back to CFM main screen
What do you expect to see? my lg functional

My lg came back after 7 days on being able to access it. it was reverted back from week 1 of a season to the divisional round of preceeding year. people left the lg because of this and we have to recomplete the entire offseason...this was at best a half fix. I still want compensation for you putting out an incomplete product and affecting my lg.

I'm sorry it reverted back to week 1, I know you're not the only one that faced something like this. Please keep an eye on this thread for further updates on what the team is looking into for those impacted: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/PC-Madden-21-connected-franchise-unavailable/m-p/9956093/highlight/true#M8455it did not revert to week 1. it reverted to the divisional playoff round. Since we have to redo the entire off season now we lost members, and because they had to wait a week to go back in time and redo stuff they'd already done.
My league was ungated when the issue was occurring.
I'm still not able to get a member in the lg...
He isn't listed under the quick teams list or under user management. on his end its says he can enter the lg, but it won't open for him. on our end we can't send an invite without an error message saying he's in the lg already
