*Xbox One* Practice Squad Glitch

Product: Madden NFL 22

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Franchise Mode
Which part of the mode? Offline
What is your Franchise League Name? TRS
Summarize your bug I'm playing the offline franchise mode, and I made it to nearly the playoffs, but now every week, 9 of my practice squad players keep getting signed by other teams in one whole week.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I suppose play up until a certain point in to the season with a full practice squad.
What happens when the bug occurs? 9 Practice Squad players from my team only get stolen every week.
What do you expect to see? 9 Practice Squad players from my team NOT getting stolen every week.

    Thank you. I think that’s what it’s going to come to, I just would like for EA (I know how everyone will react to me having this expectation. I know its a looooooong shot) to provide some kind of answer. 

    This is a fairly little thing to get right, which hasn’t been glitchy before. I overlooked the super long loading times to edit players and the changes to scouting which at minimum make it inconvenient to see player grades and info (cause you have to click through on each player). This was kind of a breaking point. 

    I also only got the game about a month ago so I’m behind in my frustration.

    This is feature killing bug that is on the PS5 on Madden 23 as well.  The computer only targets user controlled teams and wipes out their practice squad.  In some cases the team stealing the player turn around and release the player the same week.  They don't do this to other CPU team's practice squads.  This really makes the whole feature useless in franchise mode.  Either fix this or you might as well remove the feature altogether.
