[xbox] Servers cannot process solos or squads

Summarize your bug In madden22 ultimate team both solo challenges and squads game modes I get an error immediately that says “Error our servers cannot process your request at this time.” The issue has lasted multiple days and happens 100% of the time. I have worked with EA Help on Twitter and have tried reinstalling the game and resetting my Xbox Series S but nothing has helped. I have the full game Dynasty edition and the error occurs on both version of the game. When the trial first began I was able to play everything for a few days. The issue seems to have started when my brother logged into his xbox gamer tag and played. Both our gamer tags are connected to the same EA account. His gamertag is Zoomperr. I think there is a bug caused by the two profiles having the same ea account maybe.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You can replicate having two xbox profiles connected under one ea account and log in both to the new game. I believe this is what started my issue.
What happens when the bug occurs? The error message immediately pops up when I select a solo challenge and hit play game. It also pops up when I try to go into the squads game mode. It then kicks me to the madden 22 Home Screen out of ultimate team.
What do you expect to see? I hope you can find a way to fix this bug so that I can play the game. "””””””””””””””””””””””””””"””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””” “”” MY SOLUTION “”” Anyone that is having my same problem I found a solution. The glitch or bug is caused by having multiple gamertags connected to a single EA Account. I fixed my issue by contacting EA Help and having them remove the secondary gamertag attached to my EA Account. Once my secondary gamertag was removed it immediately fixed my issue on my main account. I have spoken with multiple people on Twitter who did the same thing and it solved their issue as well. You can either call ea help or message with them on Twitter and simply tell them you want to remove a connected gamertag from your ea account. Warning it will wipe any ea progress or history on your secondary account when it is removed.
