I am having the exact same issue... the game is completely unplayable because of this. What a waste of money to preorder the game... When is a fix going to be coming?

I really expected them to, update the game today, so they could get rid of the glitches, in time for the main release.

  @Canucksedge I sorta expected them to patch it on launch day as well ... but the fact that there is no real response to any of these complaints is telling.
