Hey EA I do seriously appreciate the update the other day, very nice to hear it is being worked on. I do feel like it is appropriate at this point to request a more frequent update though or a daily one due to the length of time of the issue(s) and the amounts of money we as a community have to this point essentially wasted. Thanks in advance.
It's like the company is spitting in our face launching a new game mode, but leaving this one broken. Even the normal passive IGN posted a scathing rebuke.
@EA_Blueberry do you think you can help keep everyone a bit less pessimistic and angry by offering an update more frequently?
- 5 years ago@jackcasper49 It's not just this game mode that is broken, it's a fundamental problem with the game. It crashes for me in every game mode.

At least I know not to sit there and play around with my graphics settings. ☹️ Thank you for those who said they are also having the problem.

I have had this game a couple of weeks now. I posted on Monday after seeing so many people talk about it over the weekend. I have played maybe a handful of franchise games through since I got the game. I have tried every night this week and was not able to get through a half if I could make it out of the franchise menu before the game or my xbox crashed. No issued with any other game. EA, I am patient, but come on people are trying to play the game and give the benefit of the doubt. But, you have a largely unplayable mode for a over a week at this point. I don't want a refund or anything, I just want to play franchise. too much to ask?
