It has happened in an online franchise, superstar KO, and in the Yard to me. Although in the Yard it only crashed the game not my entire Xbox. I’ve only had 2 games I’ve been able to play all the way through without it crashing my system, Xbox Series X. And oh, by the way, it also crashed the system on the intro chiefs vs bucs game.
I have a physical copy of the game that my wife bought me as a gift, and had she not, I’d have taken this game back to Walmart for a refund. It’s damn near unplayable because of this.
FYI: playing online and offline (completely disabled my series X from Xbox live) still causes the issue. I’ve played on multiple screens, nothing connected to my controller or console, reinstalled the game…still shuts down the game and console when playing franchise mode

This is ridiculous, I personally will never pre order another EA game. OVER TWO WEEKS OF WASTED MONEY SO FAR.
