FYI: playing online and offline (completely disabled my series X from Xbox live) still causes the issue. I’ve played on multiple screens, nothing connected to my controller or console, reinstalled the game…still shuts down the game and console when playing franchise mode

This is ridiculous, I personally will never pre order another EA game. OVER TWO WEEKS OF WASTED MONEY SO FAR.
Im experiencing issues with console turning off during solo battles . Also didnt get last weeks solo battle rewards. Series X
