I was out for the last week visiting family but I'm back now.
I see that the latest title update went out last Friday and there was stability improvements. We're seeing these reports decline so we'll need to dive deeper into those that are still being impacted.
What I'd like to ask you all to try is re-install the game to your internal storage and confirm with me you've got the latest title update (visit settings in the bottom right corner of the main menu and check for content updates). I want to first make sure the game doesn't work after a fresh re-install so we can rule out corrupted data. I also want to confirm it's not working on the internal storage as I've seen some external hard drives cause performance issues in the past.
Once this is done and if it is still crashing please respond back with the following:
- Gamertag
- game mode(s) you're crashing in
- What were you doing in the last 10 minutes prior to the crash
- Is it crashing with an error code or dashboarding to the Xbox homescreen?
We'll swing these details over to the team immediately for further investigation.
In regards to your request, yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled (more than once) since the patch (you can look back at the forum thread here and see I had advised that myself).

What were you doing in the last 10 minutes prior to the crash ... working on rosters in one instance, in the coach management in another, in subs menu in another, mostly all in the menus (not playing a game)
Is it crashing with an error code or dashboarding to the Xbox homescreen? ... I have had a multiple crashes to the Xbox Homescreen (no code given, just locks and goes to the homescreen) and one crash of the whole system (no different that before)
