Imagine your only job is to respond and update customers on issues with your games and you can’t even do that properly. These people are scum, if they were on fire I wouldn’t even * on them to put them out.

    @thagiantklupa I can understand if you don't have an answer, but to just go completely silent and leave paying customers who bought your product and CAN'T USE IT nearly two months after release in the dark when they are reaching out for help is really, REALLY LOW.
