so i uninstalled a week ago and clean everything from my data on xbox for heck of it reinstalled this past weekend zero crash issues since. i wonder if the game was saving old coding for some reason only crash i had after couple hours was a dashboard crash zero system crashes
the cache local saved data. which i tried before and did not work but i never uninstalled madden. i wonder if old game stuff was impacting it.
Thanks for the info @timbsoslicegb17 . Maybe we all need to try it to see if it works. Obviously EA isn't helping us with updated info.
I tired to reinstall Madden 22. Everything worked well for one half of an off-line franchise game. Played a few downs of the 3rd Qtr and the game crashed and took me back to my main Xbox Home Screen. At least it didn't crash my whole system. Game is still broke. EA keep working the problem.......it's been over 2 months now!
im starting to wonder if a early update did something to org install for some that caused this issue. i have had one dashboard crash but zero system crashes.
I uninstalled and reinstalled, got to third quarter and it shutdown my xbox, plugging into an outlet and switching to energy saving mode does not fix the problem, which is what we have been saying for a month but they keep pushing it on people as a fix. THIS IS NOT A FIX!, EA needs to step up and actually fix this problem instead of blaming consoles and asking their consumers to fix the problem themselves. If any of the fixes suggested worked none of us would be on here telling you guys that they DON’T. FFS is this the f*%#*ing twilight zone!?.
I got to play 5 games in a row without a dashboard or disconnect, and just got my first disconnect since uninstalling and reinstalling the game. ITS STILL BROKEN!!! But according to our fine executive producer of this game, this isn’t widespread and not a big deal, but yeah they will take it seriously!
This and the horrendous customer support is why EA is annually voted the most hated company in the world. I feel sorry for the families of the employees of this company.
Still having issues where I can only play H2H games using custom playbook at home. Everytime I play an away game it disconnets.

my game constantly crashes on my series x console playing the series x version and I can't even finish a solo battles game. Is anything being done to help out those players that are constantly effected be an known issue in the software that is only getting worse?
