this is happening to my xbox once again. it seemed the november update resolved it but i have picked the game up again recently and it is crashing my console randomly. i checked my EA profile as you suggested and everything looks good. i will never purchase an EA game again.

I'm sorry to hear about the crashing you're experiencing. Does a reinstall of the game help prevent that? It's possible files could have been corrupted from an update and a quick reinstall could repair that.
i had not tried the reinstall yet. running it right now. i’ll get back to you in a couple hours. thanks for responding so quickly.

i attempted to play a game this morning and it crashed almost immediately. it did crash me to the dashboard this time rather than shutting down my entire console. i suppose that is an improvement.

Community AdminI was playing Madden 22 this morning and my entire console crashed after about an hour of playing. It has been 13 months and still no fix. I will never purchase an EA game again.
i uninstalled and reinstalled the game. i played 3 games of franchise mode over 90 minutes last night with no issues. today i played 4 games in over two hours and did not experience a crash. i will post here if i experience another crash.
@EA_Blueberry Madden 22 crashed my console this morning in the middle of my first game. why is this still occurring?
