No problem. Let me know if it helps. If you haven't power cycled the console in a while I recommend doing that, it will help with performance across all your games too.

How to power cycle your Xbox console:

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

1. Plug the console power cable back in.
2. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

i attempted to play a game this morning and it crashed almost immediately. it did crash me to the dashboard this time rather than shutting down my entire console. i suppose that is an improvement.

i keep the xbox plugged directly into the wall. since the app crashed this morning i have played 3 or 4 games over the last few hours without issue.

I was playing Madden 22 this morning and my entire console crashed after about an hour of playing. It has been 13 months and still no fix. I will never purchase an EA game again.

i uninstalled and reinstalled the game. i played 3 games of franchise mode over 90 minutes last night with no issues. today i played 4 games in over two hours and did not experience a crash. i will post here if i experience another crash.

@EA_Blueberry Madden 22 crashed my console this morning in the middle of my first game. why is this still occurring?

@EA_Blueberry any update on a fix for this? at this point i am considering contacting a lawyer.
