Do you have the latest content update? At the main menu go to Settings (cogwheel) on the right and check for the update at the bottom. If it's fully updated, load up a new franchise to verify it's still displaying that.
Thanks for reaching out! I haven't seen too many other reports like this, so I'm under the impression this is an existing franchise you're seeing this on or you do not have the latest update.
It didn’t work. It says I have the most recent update. And the franchise I’m in, I don’t even know how to change things like that.
