Are you logging in with the same account on both consoles?

Correct, the 360 and the xone are using the same live account (only using one at a time though.) I also tried another EA game this morning (Dragon Age) and it is also unable to connect to the EA servers.

Can you set up your connection according to the following information:
https://help.ea.com/uk/article/losing-connection-to-ea-servers
http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/networking/network-ports-used-xbox-live
Please also reset the XB1 network card and clear the cache:
- On the console, press and hold the Xbox button until the light behind it turns off (about 5 seconds), which means the console is off.
- After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds.
- Plug the console back in and turn it on using the Xbox button. Power cycling will reset the network card and clear the cache.
Additionally, try power cycling your modem and/or router.

I tried that and I'm still unable to connect.
I also tried tethering the xbox one to my cell phone. I was then able to connect to the EA server. When I switched it back to my home internet, it was back to not connecting.
Is there a host😛ort I can try connecting to from a computer on the same network to see if there's a routing issue or something?

I am able to connect to xbox live (nat type strict.) I am asking about the EA servers specifically. Are you able to give me the hostname and port of what the xbox tries to connect to when it says 'connecting to ea servers'?
