I just came back from a short holiday break and see that you are all still being locked out from Franchise. I'll need this info to pass along to the team for a closer look into this.

Re-iterating these details if others new to this issue are jumping into the thread. This is the information the team is asking the community to provide so help narrow down a root cause and fix.
Some of you already provided this and I just wanted to say thank you for your cooperation. There is a new question I added above they advised me to add here.

I still have same issues as well. Exhibition , Franchise and Face of Franchise all come up with same "commissioner error of 20 leagues, please delete league error and kicks from game. No Franchises to delete nothing there our end in game. So be issue with EA cloud server. Wildcard weekend shows with update now, has not fixed problem. Still kicks out back main menu.
