  • Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID : angusist
  • Platform you play on (Series X, S, PS5, PC, Stadia) - Ps5
  • When did you start experiencing this error from the best of your knowledge - late November 
  • Do you play on any other Gamertags/PSN IDs on the same console - NO
  • Prior to this happening were you in other leagues and recently left them - NO
  • Were you commissioner of any leagues? If so, how many?- Says I am commissoner 20 leagues, I have no leagues 
  • Do you remember what you did just before this error message started show up - I had tried to start a new franchise, servers disconnected (what’s new), and then this error message came up

    Is there a way to totally reset the game and delete all of the data/account and start from scratch? I tried deleting the game and “data” from my PS4 but everything was still saved. I only play franchise so it wouldn’t be a big inconvenience for me.

      I had to make a whole new account bro. I’ve been asking them for over a month

        • Platform you play on (Series X, S, PS5, PC, Stadia)- PS4, (Have a PS5 at home, but brought my PS4 to college)
        • When did you start experiencing this error from the best of your knowledge- Sometime around early October.
        • Do you play on any other Gamertags/PSN IDs on the same console. NO
        • Prior to this happening were you in other leagues and recently left them NO
        • Were you commissioner of any leagues? If so, how many?   At one point I had around 10-15 leagues, then once the problem came up when I wanted to make a new league it started to slowly eat away at my franchise.
        • Do you remember what you did just before this error message started show up NO.
