Is there a way to totally reset the game and delete all of the data/account and start from scratch? I tried deleting the game and “data” from my PS4 but everything was still saved. I only play franchise so it wouldn’t be a big inconvenience for me.
I had to make a whole new account bro. I’ve been asking them for over a month

- Platform you play on (Series X, S, PS5, PC, Stadia)- PS4, (Have a PS5 at home, but brought my PS4 to college)
- When did you start experiencing this error from the best of your knowledge- Sometime around early October.
- Do you play on any other Gamertags/PSN IDs on the same console. NO
- Prior to this happening were you in other leagues and recently left them NO
- Were you commissioner of any leagues? If so, how many? At one point I had around 10-15 leagues, then once the problem came up when I wanted to make a new league it started to slowly eat away at my franchise.
- Do you remember what you did just before this error message started show up NO.

Checked on the status of this and unfortunately no updates were provided to us on the Forum Community Manager side. Just wanted to drop in and let you know it's not a lost issue and they have it tracked.

It seems that franchises are being deleted locally on the console however not being removed from EA cloud server. So when you try to create new franchise, it says limit of 20 leagues and kicks you back to main menu. So we are unable our end to remove these old leagues from the actual EA cloud server linked to your account. Then unable to use most modes on Madden22.

Thanks for the update but this has now been going on for nearly 3 months. I bought this game to mainly play online franchise and through no fault of my own I have not been able to.
there has to be something that can be done to either fix this asap or organise a full refund for this game.

Were you playing back and forth from the college PS4 and your PS5 at home? Do you recall anything odd that happened just prior to when this started?

The team is unable to reproduce this on their end. We will need any specific information on what you can recall doing on your console just prior to this error showing up. If you can recall game modes played, settings, network configurations done at home or on console, network errors in game, or anything else you did leading up to when you received this error we will be forwarding this to the team. - 4 years ago@EA_Blueberry I am a PC user and I remember that before the 'you are already the commissioner of 20 leagues' message, 'You have been disconnected from the server' was shown up.

@EA_Blueberry I was attempting to start a new franchise and the server disconnected just as it was about to load in. The next time I tried to start a franchise this error came up.
I no longer have access to this or any other franchise (this disconnection error happened to me multiple times since I got the game, but only on the last attempt did the 20 commissioners error occur), but I believe it must save this franchise in the server and count towards the 20 franchises though now I can’t delete any of them.

This is by far the worst madden game I have owned in past 10 years, Nothing but trouble with online EA servers and full of bugs. Nothing been fixed, for many the game is unusable.

This is a longshot but I've seen this work before for other connectivity related issues. Can you visit profile.ea.com and change your Origin/EA ID to a new one? Just a heads up, you won't be able to change it back for X amount of days so if you don't want to lose your name for a bit don't worry about it. - 4 years ago

Hey there. Based off some testing from our teams it's due to having 20 or more saves on your system.
It's vital to locate these saves files either on the local driver or cloud saves. If you've been playing the game on a different Gamertag, I recommend checking your other Gamertag/PSN IDs to verify there are not an abundant amount of save files located on those IDs as well. The messaging is being looked at by the team as it doesn't appear to be accurate where you are commissioner of 20 leagues, but have over 20 save files. - 4 years ago@EA_Blueberry The second account now can be played before and now. I don't think it's a problem with my computer itself. You told me to check the file located on my ID, I uploaded a picture next to this reply, so please check this out.

That save file section shows up empty for me on Xbox as well (I can access Franchise & Face of the Franchise though). When I visit both modes it shows the save files with the option to delete them. I am under the impression you aren't able to view the save files you want to select/delete for either game mode when selecting the tile, right? - 4 years ago@EA_Blueberry Yes.
