- Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID- kuledude3104
- Platform you play on (Series X, S, PS5, PC, Stadia)- PS4, (Have a PS5 at home, but brought my PS4 to college)
- When did you start experiencing this error from the best of your knowledge- Sometime around early October.
- Do you play on any other Gamertags/PSN IDs on the same console. NO
- Prior to this happening were you in other leagues and recently left them NO
- Were you commissioner of any leagues? If so, how many? At one point I had around 10-15 leagues, then once the problem came up when I wanted to make a new league it started to slowly eat away at my franchise.
- Do you remember what you did just before this error message started show up NO.
Checked on the status of this and unfortunately no updates were provided to us on the Forum Community Manager side. Just wanted to drop in and let you know it's not a lost issue and they have it tracked.

It seems that franchises are being deleted locally on the console however not being removed from EA cloud server. So when you try to create new franchise, it says limit of 20 leagues and kicks you back to main menu. So we are unable our end to remove these old leagues from the actual EA cloud server linked to your account. Then unable to use most modes on Madden22.

Thanks for the update but this has now been going on for nearly 3 months. I bought this game to mainly play online franchise and through no fault of my own I have not been able to.
there has to be something that can be done to either fix this asap or organise a full refund for this game.
