How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the MUT Solo Challenges then select the EA Play challenges.
What happens when the bug occurs? A screen pops up. It says it is locked and requires an EA play subscription.

I bought the EA Play through PSN. My other EA games recognize my EA Play subscription, just not Madden.
