So I've just downloaded Madden for my Xbox One and when I start the game it asks me to sign in to EA. It seems like it is trying to transfer my old account from the previous Madden I had, but the email for that account is no longer accessible. I have made a new EA account but it won't give me the option to change the account. I have been trying to figure out a solution for days, PLEASE HELP! Thanks!

Hello, When I first try to sign into madden 18 it ask for a password for an old EA account email i no longer have access to. Is there anyway I can change this email?

I don't have access to that email at all idk how it's linked to my EA account on my PS4 it is not even my PS4 login email

am in the same boat. Have an origin account on the pc that is with a different email to the Xbox. But when I go to play madden 18 it asks for an ea login that I don't have access to, nor does it give me an option to type in my active ea account.

I have the same issue and there’s no way to get into the ea account at all so I can’t even add the second one I’m very disappointed since I bought the goat edition

What am I supposed to do if I don't have access to my email anymore I've had the same xbox account linked to email for years now however I no longer am able to access that email how can I unlink my gamertag

Same problem since December 25th and they done nothing to help me but be rude. I pretty much given up. I moved on and been playing NBA2k . I'm done with EA i will give my money to other companies that actually care.
