No way to log in on Chromebook Madden Mobile

There is no way to login or link EA accounts on a Chromebook account.  My kid has lost all his progress twice and this includes content he has purchased. I spent 2 hours with chat sending screen shot and nothing worked. And they cannot refund or restore the superbowl pack that was purchased with money either.  

It seems there is only an option to play as a guest and if your team disappears there is nothing that anyone can do to help.
