What type of device are you on and have you done any troubleshooting from your end like checking the device for a software update or reinstalled the game?
- @EA_Blueberry I'm not getting the ads that some people claim they are getting which is watching to get RTTD points. I just get the generic one

We do not control what ads show up as those are handled by third party marketers.
No not the ads itself. I'm talking about the rewards . Some have the RTTP rewards and it looks so completely different than the generic add box. I only get rewarded coins and gems and 80 player while others have the opportunity to get rttp. Even the art is different

Here is the reddit people are posting they are also not getting this RTTD ads opportunity. Please see the the picture I attached . And into screenshot of what mine still says it the old one generic that only gives gems, and a 80 player
