Our team is able to grant missing rewards for events. For this event though, it may be difficult to verify the lineup used for the past game to determine if all AFC players were used. Our Support teams may have some limitations on what they can grant and verify. For this particular situation I'll let the team know about this bug and I know it's not comforting to hear but I can only advise to attempt it again.

Here it is again in the NFC Journey game!

I had a FULL NFC LINEUP in all the games but it only recognized it in this game I’ve uploaded for you to see!

Can you please appeal to the Team that they need to look into my games to see that it’s happening on both AFC and NFC games.

I know they can say I had an NFC/AFC lineup only at that time, but that’s not true and you know me all to well I would not be trying to scam the games!!! It’s not worth it to me to try to “game” them, as it’s just an entertainment game to me and if they don’t give them to me  “no big deal” but why not investigate why I’m experiencing this and give me the rewards I’ve earned? If they research my account they’ll see I’m not just a casual player who only plays for free. And whether I spend $$ or play for free shouldn’t impact either way as they should be very interested in the integrity of “Their” game and when quirks come up they should look into them to improve their game.

Also, I own my own biz, Founder/CEO and the premiere “Non Profit” Private k-12, Special Ed group of schools in Florida, CES-Schools.net and the good Lord has a great sense of humor because I dropped out of HS and College and yet He still used me to head an Educational Company and I have no degree! 😉 I’m throwing that out because I want to show my integrity and I’m not boasting or thinking I’m someone special, because I’m not! 

Anyway, please just run this up the chain of command and see if my appeal is worth their effort and give me the rewards I’ve earned???

One suggestion I have for them is to either give me a Stamina Award to replay the games I didn’t get credit for a full lineup or the actual rewards if they have the ability to actually go into my game as if they were me? Can they?

Sorry for the long read but I don’t know what else to do!

Ok Blue….. here I can show you in progression where I had a full lineup of AFC players and got the reward for the first challenge and didn’t get them in the next full lineup challenge using the same lineup as the first!

Please throw this up the ladder that they have a glitch and I’m losing out on the Trade Rewards Bonus Keys I’ve earned but not received.

They have to be able to give me at least some kind of Stamina reimbursement or AFC Bonus Keys cause it’s ripping me off and you know me, I’m Def not trying to game EA!!
