Have you been subbing out players after it automatically creates it for you? I'll be great if you can get the credit you've deserved and we can also confirm the behavior causing it.

@EA_Blueberry Once I put a search in from my Team page I highlight the full AFC Block. Once I’ve done that, I hit Update Team and it automatically fills my team with just AFC players. Once that happens, I very carefully look at each position just to make sure I have an all AFC Team. I do the same process for an all NFC Team.
Apparently, I have enough players where it completely adds just those players needed to win the keys and no need to substitute, yet I’m still not getting the keys even if I play 2 games in the chain in a row, get rewarded for one game but not the next.

It would be nice if EA could go into my game to verify what I'm saying and they could confirm it.
