Yes. The entire section where you buy madden cash just disappears at random. Sometimes it will be there and sometimes it's just gone. Along with anything else that can be purchased in the game.

Do you have limitations set on your Origin account? We have a feature that controls spending limits.
Not that I am aware of. I haven't set any limits or restrictions. Occasionally I can get everything to reappear by logging out in the madden app, closing the app and then using Google play games app to open the madden app. But that's still more miss than hit and only works sometimes. Which can mean up to 2 or 3 days of trying it whenever I play.

Does the Google Play store app need to be updated? Does your phone have any pending software updates? No I have checked for both countless times. Oddly enough, this last time that i finally got it to come back for a few hours was by logging out and instead if using Facebook like I did to begin with, or using the Google play games app to open the madden app that I started using recently. This time I couldn't get it to do anything with either so I said why not try to log in as a guest instead and it all came up like nothing was wrong, allowed me to make a purchase just like normal and then when I finished playing for a while and closed the app, it was all gone again after the next time I opened the app and it auto logged in. I haven't tried again to see If it was a fluke or not yet but I would imagine I will be fairly soon. Maybe it is just because it's not a high end phone and is getting close to the year old mark and it's just one sign of it kicking the can already.

What kind of device do you have? If it's not meeting system requirements that could explain it, however I've seen a bug in the past where the Cash won't show up on the store until players log in and out repeatedly. I know a player was able to fix this by making a purchase on guest mode and then returning to their Facebook/Google account, but guest mode and your cloud account are two different progressions so we can't transfer the purchase from guest mode over, so we can't really advise doing that because it's not an official workaround we can confirm works. Looks like it worked for you but then failed to stick.
What you might want to try is going to your Facebook app and under Settings>Apps, remove Madden Mobile and then re-log into the game to re-sync your Facebook account. It won't delete your progress, it simply disconnects the device you have associated to Facebook. There could be a potential synching issue. Hi
I have similar issues in my iPhone and my iPad.On my iPhone, I still see the items which need to be purchased with real money. But when I want to buy them, I get the following message
On my iPad, these purchasable items (with real money) are just completely gone.
Whatever I try to do, I cannot fix these problems. I’ve tried loggin in as guest, with facebook and with apple-ID, tried removing and reinstalling the app, logging out of iCloud, …. But nothing helps
How can I fix this?EA Support does not even respond. This automated BOT thing of EA Support really sucks and does not doe anything. Not even give the mail address of support
