Having a similar issue here although I can get in thru the Guest Account but not thru Game Center which is my primary account. Just started happening to me this morning on my iPhone 5s (ios 9.1). I tried the troubleshooting steps a few times but no luck. Really frustrating for a game that otherwise was working pretty well for me. Please fix this EA.
