Damn, thats not good. Normally they are pretty good with this stuff. However if its a big issue it might take more then a few hours to fix. Sorry that youre still waiting bro

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute any action against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

I’ve already followed the steps in that link a week ago, and just now received a seemingly blanket response upholding my restriction- I’m totally bamboozled.
Do you have any suggestions of how I can show proof that I haven’t violated the TOA?

I’ve never done anything in the nature they said I did ! - Same it’s just an automatic reply because I AM able to log in. They’re not addressing or even looking into the issue.
