Either would work, but preferrably the name of my team.
Ah, alright.
Open madden mobile then do the following:
1. Open your main account
2. Locate the team symbol near the top left hand corner of the screen and tap it
3. Swipe left or right and select whichever team you want

I would like my actual NAME of my account that people see (not the NFL team name) changed without going through Facebook if possible.
